Unfortunately, I can't tell you, if there is a current Jailbreak for 9.3.5, as I was still on good working 8.4 till now. Yesterday I bought a new iPhone 6s, and installed 10.2 just in case...
What I found out, is that there is currently NO official jailbreak Tool available for your 4s, if you go to iOS 9.3.5.
So I would suggest, to keep your 8.3 jailbroken, until maybe a tool will come out for 9.3.5. - That would be great in any way, because that would mean, that the 4s is always "jailbreakable", like the good old iPhone 4 on 7.1.2! Hopefully that day will come.....
