heh heh. The game looks pointless. I wouldnt bother downloading it, but i know people who would. And these people im sure would never shake-a-baby. So i can conclude that the game would not be a direct cause of SBS, but merely a waste of time and memory space. Furthermore, i would never have even heard of this app had someone not whined and cried about its "offensive" nature. Even bad publicity is publicity.

I think the app would send a positive message honestly. If you shake a baby, it dies. Imagine someone is about to start shaking a little baby to make it stop crying, then remembers what happened to the little baby in the iphone!(],:)

But seriously. If you don't like it, don't buy it. If you shake a real baby, you're a dumbass. Apple appologized. Now lets focus on something important. Honestly I'm embarrased to be an American sometimes. We're The land of the free and the home of the idiots...

The woman who sued McDonald's over the coffee received third-degree burns to six percent of her skin and lesser burns to over sixteen percent of her skin. She underwent skin grafting in during an 8-day hospital stay. underwent medical treatments for two years. This did not seem to be a frivolous lawsuit. They had previously settled other cases totaling over half a million dollars in other coffee related lawsuits. It's often a good idea to do some research to back up your claims.
