Does Cydia work? Did you install Semi-tether as it appears you are running in semi-tethered mode?

Also which version of iOS is running on your iPhone 4?

It looks like you're running in semi-tethered mode. Turn off your iPod touch and rerun Redsn0w, click on Extras and then click on Just boot from the list of options and follow the on screen instructions to reboot your iPod touch. It should resolve the problem.

It is also a good idea to upgrade to iOS 5.1.1 as Redsn0w and Absinthe support untethered jailbreak and using the tutorials here - http://www.iphonehacks.com/jailbreak#ios511 to jailbreak your iPod touch on iOS 5.1.1.

Ignore the comment about unlocking ... initially thought you had an iPhone 4 ... you can try rebooting with redsn0w to see if it resolves the problem ... you can upgrade to iOS 5.1.1 via iTunes but you will lose your jailbreak and all your jailbreak apps/tweaks and will have to do the jailbreak and installation of the apps/tweaks all over again.
