Apple was hit with a $1.2 million fine by the Italian anti-trust body for failing to adequately explain their 2-year warranty to customers.
Reuters reports that Italy's anti-trust body has fined Apple 900,000 Euros, or about $1.2 million. In their judgement, Apple did not properly disclose information related to the 2-year warranty included with their products.
